Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the front desk and guest services team.
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to front desk staff.
Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Personalize the guest experience by anticipating and fulfilling special requests.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs.
Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with guest service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in guest service or front desk roles in a hotel is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems.
Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
