Responsibilities
Perform general housekeeping duties including providing guest laundry services, performing room turns, and stocking supplies Perform general office duties such as answering telephones, making guest reservations, and sorting mail Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms,public areas and other work areas. Schedule and maintain daily cleaning schedules. Include daily room service orders in the housekeeping log. Maintain cleanliness of rooms for guests and staff.
Maintain and restock consumable supplies. Report all maintenance issues to the Maintenance. Assist in guest services. Inform guests of hotel policies and communicate special requests.
Requirements And Skills:
Proven experience as a room attendant in hotels or a similar atmosphere Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with schedule flexibility Ability to navigate computerized reservations systems Knowledge of hotel practices and procedures Ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times Good communication skills,any other language accept English is a plus. Calm and friendly behavior.
