Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
Suggest food and beverages to the guest/customers and try to up sell the sales.
Taking food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads/POS system.
Obtaining revenues, issuing bills/receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
Performing the cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the branch manager/supervisor.
Filling in for absent staff as needed in any of the outlets of Cha Cha Chai[AR3]
Punch in the order on the POS System and make sure to enter any special requirements made by the customer while ordering the food. (Eg: No Garlic, less spicy etc.)
Communicate with the customers while they are dining inn to get the review of the food, to know if they need some other things to eat or drink or to take away and to assist with the queries.
