Main requirements:
Civil Draftsman
AutoCAD
5 Years minimum experience in Civil and Architecture shop drawings.
Bachelors Degree/ 3 years Diploma
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed Civil and architectural drawings using CAD software for residential construction projects.
Create Civil General Arrangement and Block drawings Using CAD software based on building specifications, calculations, and sketches.
Analyze current building codes, by-laws, and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings, and stay up to date on all required and relevant codes.
Acquire and assemble the information needed to finish Civil drawings.
