Sales Associate Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Provide product information and answer questions about merchandise.

Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, restocking shelves as needed.

Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing store environment.

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team objectives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
