As an Accounting Clerk, you will support the accounting department in various financial and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports. Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and general ledger entries.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Help in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Prepare and process journal entries for adjustments, accruals, and prepayments.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases and spreadsheets.
Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing documents, organizing financial records, and responding to routine inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve financial-related issues or discrepancies.
Comply with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and best practices.
