Job responsibilities:
Making chocolate bonbons as well as Making filling like ganache, praline, gianduia with hard shells or soft shells.
Able to tamper chocolate manually
Performing all steps of our production: inspecting beans, roasting, cracking, winnowing, starting batches, tempering, foiling bars, and packaging.
Tasting and evaluating chocolate bars for flavor and quality.
Cleaning production facility
Able to develop new recipes
