Provide superior customer service in a professional and friendly manner in person, over the telephone or via email.
Managing day to day administrative tasks from front reception including answering phones, mail and courier management, record keeping and filing, sending letters (strong aptitude for Microsoft products, especially Excel)
Liaising between the Business Center and clients.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about the Centers products and services, and ensure customers are provided with accurate information.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and punctuality.
Requirements and skills:
1-2 Years of experience of Front desk role/Receptionist manager role in Business Centers, hotels, facility management.
Energetic, brilliant communication and interpersonal skills.
