experience: Minimum 1 year experience working with Preschool or school.
Must be able to take over class duties when teacher is absent and follow basic lesson plans as well as safety / operational/ feeding and hygiene elements of the role.
Good literacy skills, strong communication in English.
Effective use use of basic technology, e.g. Video, tablets.
Work under the instruction and guidance of a teacher and members of the leadership team.
Assist the teacher in the management of children within the classroom and beyond.
Provide detailed and regular feedback to teachers on pupils.
Must have optimistic and positive solution oriented approach.
