High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certifications, such as an associates degree in accounting or related field)
Prior experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (such as Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems or other financial software is a plus.
Knowledge of plastic production or manufacturing processes is a plus.
