Fire Pump Controller Technician
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fire pumps field, preferably in Middle East and Gulf Region.
- Diploma in Engineering / related competency certificates.
- Sound knowledge of fire pumps drivers and controllers; vis. Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, controller wiring, pump alignment, suction and discharge line mechanical issues, all types of controllers’ starting methods wiring, diesel engine/motor minor servicing/ fire pump performance testing, etc.
- Capable to handle an emergency call i.e, system failure. Capable to interact with the client and explain them regarding service conducted and / or convince them regarding any replacement of spares.
- Ability to read fire system design drawings and Riser diagrams.
- Good understanding of NFPA 20, 25. Additional knowledge of NFPA 13 is an advantage.
