Senior Pressure Vessel Mechanic - Fire Suppression Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Engineering / related competency certificates.
- Sound knowledge in hydrostatic set up testing of firefighting Alarm/Deluge/ PRVs trims, valves, manifold and gas suppression cylinders.
- With hands on experience breakdown maintenance of agent systems’ cylinder head valves, solenoids, and other systems’ accessories, etc. With proof records of delivered projects.
- Filling and refilling process of clean agent fire suppression system (FM200, NOVEC) in accordance with UL/FM and manufacturer guidelines.
- Filling of high-pressure expellant gas cartridges and cylinders pressure 58 up to 300 bar, gases N2 and Co2, cylinders sizes (0.2 litra up to 140 L).
- Design and fabrication of high-pressure pneumatic gas networks used in various application in Gas suppression filling stations.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and data sheets while troubleshooting and diagnosing problems of systems.
- Good Communication skills (English) and NFPA knowledge is additional support to candidate.
