Office Boy Vacancy in Dubai
We are looking for office boy/ office girl that can also do basic reception work.Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.
Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
Requirements:-
Good English speaking
Good communication
Must know how to use basic computer
Must be good at answering phones
Be able to welcome guests
Make beverages for staff and guests
Know how to photocopy/scan documents
Help out with basic admin work
Maintain the office cleanliness
Maintain personal cleanliness
