Sales Co Coordinator Vacancy in Dubai


Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.

Assigning territories and quota to company sales staff.

Organize essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company\'s services and products.

Maintaining supplies required for sales presentation like brochures, samples etc.

Tracking weekly and monthly target of sales team.

Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.

Preparing monthly forecast for the sales team.

Meeting customers for order confirmation if required.

Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.

Mentoring the team members on sales techniques and customer acquisition.

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.

Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

Ensure proper sales database management.

Should have the ability to research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.

Build and maintain professional networks

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables.

Must be able to travel

Excellent team player with high level of dedication.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good organization and documentation skills.



Salary: 5 000 Dhs
