We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
2. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
3. Announcing clients as necessary.
4. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
5. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
2. Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Good time management skills.
Language: English, Arabic (Preferred)
Nationality: Indonesian, Filipino and Nepali
Visa Status: Own Visa( Preferred)
