Technical Manager
RAKNOR a Concrete Solutions Provider and a member of Stevin Rock Group, is looking for a Technical Manager. The ideal candidate should be an engineering graduate with at least 6-8 years of technical experience in providing solutions in the precast and concrete products industry.
This position’s role is to manage the technical team in aspects of quality control, sales support, post sales technical support, training of sales team and other. A critical aspect would also be knowledge in product development, mix designs for wet and semi-dry, reading and analyzing specifications, providing solutions and liaising with consultants and clients. Knowledge in surfaces finishes and secondary processes in concrete products is also beneficial. Candidate should also have certification process experience with government bodies and municipal.
Authorities.
The Technical Manager will be in charge of a team of inspectors, technicians and other personnel, people management and supervision skills are essential.
