We are looking for competent facility engineer with bachelors degree in electrical engineering or mechanial engineering and at least 2 to 5 years of experience.
Candidates should meet the below list of skills;
1. Previous experience in facility management, property management or mep contracting.
2. Very good knowledge in building mep system.
3. Must to know how to prepare and read electrical load schedule and average knowledge in hvac system.
4. Capable of handling operation of prime generators and to guide the team while breakdown and maintenance periods.
5. Capable of reading electrical drawings of controls panels and troubleshooting of faults.
6. Basic knowledge in fire alarm and fire fighting.
7. Should be capable of preparing drawings, estimation and quotation.
8. Familiar with dewa regulations.
9. Capable of preparing maintenance schedule and checklists as per machine manufactures guidence.
10. Ability to bring new ideas to improve the operation of maintenance department or machines.
11. Capble of handling pressure situations and knowing the priority of task to be completed as per the situation arises.
12. Capable of conducting move in move out inspection and to prepare snag accordingly.
13. Capable of supervising maintenance team and scheduling dialy tasks.
