Store Keeper Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a Store Keeper for our UAE Operations.

Graduate with Stores experience in Electrical Switch gear Industry and having good knowledge in Stores and inventory with at least 4 to 5 years of experience.

Able to communicate in English. Hindi and Driving License would be an advantage.

Job Description/Roles:

Responsible for all store operations activities including receiving supplies and equipment, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting store transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of scrap inventory.

Tag items in the warehouse on a daily basis as per store procedures and items characteristics, in order to ensure timely finding and release of products.

Resolving discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, Calibrations, and repairs.

Receives all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.

Checks all incoming materials for possible damages, scratches, or discrepancies and keeps the management adequately informed.

Ensures proper storage and release of supplies as requested and ensuring proper documentation of all incoming/outgoing transactions.

Initiates materials request in coordination with the project team and in parallel with stock balance.

Maintains the store/warehouse and records area in a neat and orderly manner.

Takes necessary measures to ensure that materials are stored in a manner preventing damage or wastage.

Ensuring timely calibrating of applicable devices.

Demonstrates good knowledge in the use of computer software applications and database management, as well as administrative procedures.

Other duties as assigned.
