Human Resources Administrator Female in Dubai

We are hiring Asian female Human Resources -Recruiter (Female)!

Duties and responsibilities:

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Promote Human Resources programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.

Maintain candidates files and records in electronic and paper form.

Review system automated inquires and on board inquires of the candidates.

Candidates qualifications:

Proven experience as an Human Resources Recruiter Team Player can mingle well with a big team offering help and counselling.

Must have knowledge of IT skills.

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

Good knowledge of UAE employment labor laws.

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office HRIS systems will be a plus.

Excellent communication skills.

Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
