Sales manager
A leading Multinational Fire Protection Manufacturing company based in Dubai is currently having the above position to be based in National Industries Park, Dubai, U.A.E.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a solid business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plan to penetrate new markets.
• Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements and Skills:
• Successful previous experience as sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets preferably on Engineering, Procurement and Construction and Oil and Gas Industry.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to closing the deal.
