Sales Supervisor for a Fashion Boutique

Serves as the Brand Ambassador.

Ensure that the display dresses and belts, reception area and fitting rooms are always clean and organized at all times.

Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team.

Training and coaching team members on selling techniques.

Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently in line with the company after sales policy.

Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, in-store promotions at all times.

Keep up to date on the fabric inventory and check always the current inventory level.

Gaining a thorough understanding of every customers needs in order to offer them the best solution.

After sale, ensure to get the customers feedback.

Promptly handling customer complaints, questions and issues.

Ensure compliance with the 7 steps process are followed (Final Caftan Checklist)

Ensure personal grooming standards of the staff at all times.

Ensure that the customer database is accurate, details are complete and updated on the system.

Ensure sales report are maintained, updated and regularly presented.

Collaborate with the Senior Fashion Designer for the contents on social media.

Give to the Production Manager and Master cutter the details of the orders:

Changes of colours , sleeve design neck design, alterations etc.

Doing prova and taking measurements

Initiating changes to improve the business.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
