As the Graphics Designer, you will manage the design output and oversee a small but dedicated team whilst acting as a key function to the marketing team, supporting a variety of services/channels/brands within the business. This role requires you to produce and oversee digital and traditional creative solutions to address our marketing needs. You will be required to manage a team to ensure that the teamwork efficiently and effectively delivers all the design requirements for the business. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring that the design team promotes our brand, products, and services by delivering high-quality pieces on tight deadlines.
