- 3-5 + Years experience working on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform as a technical engineer.
- experience in supporting delivery of high-volume email campaigns is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL
- Working knowledge of Java Script, HTML , CSS.
- experience in SFMC data integrations : cloud connector, data extensions, integration with external systems (via APIs)
- Experienced in managing outages, customer escalations, crisis management, and other similar circumstances.
- Familiarity with agile software delivery.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
- experience with Interaction Studio is a plus.
- experience in reporting and analytics using Datorama is a plus.
- Strong technical understanding of data model, data mapping and data integration with a cross-functional mindset.
- Great problem solving and analytical skills combined with the ability to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High energy in partnering with internal team and business teams across the globe to identify new opportunities within ESP and CDP to better understand and serve our guests.
