Job Requirements:
- Support the development of automated processes across Delta’s enterprise.
- Assist with the development and execution of a Program Roadmap including project prioritization and delivery.
- Support CoE driven automation and Citizen-led development.
- Analyze and implement automation solutions in Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Platform as required.
- Works side by side with Product Owners and/or SME’s for creating process documentation.
- Leverage Dev Ops principles to ensure continuous delivery and simplified management of your portion of the automation portfolio.
- Surface key business data for simplified monitoring, measurement and reporting by the operations team.
- Develop processes, objects and components with a focus on reusability, and leverage existing reusable objects to reduce the development timeline and simplify maintenance updates over the life of your automation.
- Leverage additional Blue Prism tools (Skills, Capture, Interact) to reduce the development timeline whenever possible.
Additional Skills:
- Certification in Win Automation, or Blue Prism preferred, certification in a comparable RPA tool is valued.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following programming tools/languages (e.g, C,.Net, VB, or Python)
- experience leading the configuration, development, testing and deployment of automation solutions.
- Knowledge of OCR, functional libraries, other tools and methods to accelerate development.
- Hands-on experience with advanced automation tools (OCR, AI/ML)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions.
- Deep knowledge of industry-specific best practices (RPA, OCR, AI/ML)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain the technical aspects to business people and relevant stakeholders.
- Strong business skills and experience in working with cross/functional teams e.g Security, IAM, Finance, Internal Audit.
- experience with Dev Ops and Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts.
