Key Responsibilities Include:

- Work with members across the marketing organization to develop and create HTML based-assets for various marketing campaigns including dynamic emails and marketing content pages.
- With other CRM and Marketing, Operations team members assist with technology and infrastructure set up to build out existing and new digital marketing channels.
- Work with other marketing team members to iterate and optimize campaign execution processes.
- Become a critical team member of our digital marketing campaign QA processes, ensuring operational excellence.
- Assist with implementing A/B and multivariate tests across channels and campaigns.
- Align with marketing analytics and channel partners to streamline and ensure tracking.
- Vette and manage marketing technology tool solutions to support the business including product setup and implementation be an in-house SME.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in marketing analytics, computer science or related field.
- 3 + Years of experience in a digital marketing, operations, software or web developer function, preferably in a B2C organization.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis with minimal supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Excel Highly motivated self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
