We are looking for a dedicated and customer oriented Senior Sales Executive who has a luxury retail experience, real love for fashion can get-up and go drive sales and guide our sales team. One who can analyze industry market trends and adapt different effective measures to improve company sales and is willing to build a career in luxury retail group who will nurture and develop their skills and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
To sell luxury products to customers in a luxurious retail environment.
To provide expert advice regarding the products offered.
To provide the highest standard of customer service and care.
To advise and keep customers informed regarding stock orders and repairs, ensuring all administration procedures are adhered to.
Requirements:
1. Proven Sales experience in LUXURY Retail Stores.
(Particularly: WATCHES, BAGS, SCARVES, PERFUMES lines ONLY) Do not apply if you have no experience with any of these products.
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
3. Strong Negotiation and Marketing skills.
4. Excellent analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
5. Good Organizational and leadership skills.
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
8. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
