1. Proven experience as construction, building foreman.

2. Ability to take the full responsibility of caring the building, construction sites, without any supervision.

3. Ability to repair and resolve the Ac issues like AC leakage, HVAC problems.

4. Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems and any other MEP works.

5. Knowledge of plumbing works, painting works, carpentry works.

6. In-dept knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines.

7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

8. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.

9. Ability to communicate and report effectively.

10. Making Daily, Weekly, monthly report and updating directly to MD.

11. Managing the co-worker schedule and allocate daily works.

12. Monitoring the site progress of the work and updating MD.

13. At Least 5 years experience in the same field.

14. Age: 30 years to 40 years old

15. Diploma (Engineering)

16. Can join immediately.

17. Driving License is a plus
