Manage the entry of Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF and E) specifications from the interior design specification book to project installation and reconciliation.
Assure accuracy between interior design specifications and entry into the system.
During the pricing process, assist in resolving any issues and/or provide clarification by working with the internal departments, interior designer, supplier and customer.
Once items are awarded by the Strategic Sourcing department and reviewed by the Purchasing Manager, work with the appropriate project manager/department to prepare the budget for submission to the owner/operator.
Work with the customer to establish project timelines, quantities and required delivery schedule.
Manage the daily activities of the Project Coordinator(s) and FF and E Buyer(s) to ensure that they are being properly utilized for project support.
Qualification
Bachelors degree required
10 Minimum years of purchasing or project management experience preferred.
Ability to function well under heavy workload with multiple priorities.
Working knowledge of software systems, MS Excel, Access, Outlook, and MS Word.
experience with Stratton Warren, highly beneficial.
Must be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office suite of products.
Must have solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Must have solid time management and prioritization skills.
Must have sound analytical skills.
Must have solid customer service and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing (in English).
Ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers and external parties.
