About the team The opportunity is for a role in the Digital Commerce and Transactions team. Our team contributes to the Global e-commerce business by providing Order Management and Order Orchestration capabilities with Omni Fulfillment experience. This team is also in journey of transforming a traditional monolith architecture to a cloud-based micro-service architecture. This team is responsible for designing OMS system and Order services that contribute to Lululemon goal to double Global e-commerce presence by 2023. Our team takes pride in providing creative solutions to drive operational efficiencies, scalable solutions, and drive revenue for our e-commerce business.Our team is fast-paced and taking on exciting new initiatives to support a fast-growing business. Who You Are The ideal candidate performs the development of high-performing, well-tested, and thoughtfully architected software applications that satisfy our internal business needs and power guest experiences. Has proven experience in effectively applying scientific, mathematical, and social principles to design, build, and maintain technology products, devices, systems, and solutions that provide fantastic customer experiences.A Day in the Life· Analyze business requirements, Design, Develop and Implement on IBM Sterling OMS· Design a solution that is scalable, adaptable and in-line with digital platform requirements· Be hands-on with Sterling Web Store and Web Call center (COM/SOM)· Develop Java based extensions of Sterling OMS, Java/EE, XML, XSLT and Oracle and Middleware technologies.· Develop Springboot Order services to integrate external systems to OMS· Partner with other technical teams (middleware, database, infrastructure, etc.), create interface documents and mappings· Provide L3 support for Production issues· Support a wide range of technology projects using Sterling OMS, including configurations, software development, Installation of patches and Upgrades, etc.· Setup appropriate Monitoring and Alerting for OMS and Order Services platform, and associated integrations, to ensure that speed and uptime are maintained at optimal levels at all times.

Qualifications· Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related field· 3 + years in in developing / implementing / customizing IBM Sterling Commerce Distributed Order Management and Inventory Visibility· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Sterling Web store customizations· 2 + years experience in Solution Design· experience developing applications using Java, Spring boot, Servlet, Java Web Services, and developing RESTful APIs using JSON, Avro· Familiarity with streaming platforms (real-time data at a massive scale like Confluent Kafka)· Knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies is considered an asset· experience with Services, Dev Ops, Delivery.· Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning· Familiar with: Git Hub, Eclipse, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Share Point, Smartsheet· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology.
