Greeting customers at the reception in a professional manner.
Computing customer bills for the repairs and services done in coordination with the technical heads.
Receives cash payments, checks and credit card payments from customers, experienced with NFC payments such as apple pay, google pay etc.; should be able to operate the cash register.
Records the amount received.
Reconciliation of the cash register daily.
Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance, or repairs etc. To the technical department or other appropriate senior individual.
Handles any customer complaints with respect and grace. Provide a resolution that keeps the customer happy.
Maintains and files all documents such as repair orders, parts invoices etc.

Closes any open invoices once resolved
Provides assistance to parts and service departments, both secretarial and administrative support.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Assists the seniors in quarterly appraisals and meetings.
