They have to be open to relocating to any of our 16 stores. We have stores in all the emirates except Um Al Qwain.
It is not a sedentary job. It is a standing job (somebody with non-retail experience needs to understand this- 9 hours standing job)
There are shifts involved (break shifts and straight shifts). In a week, they can witness any shift.
Once they join they have to be open to relocation which means their store location could change post joining (inter or intra emirate)
It is a 6 day a week job. Thursday through Saturday No Weekly off. Weekly off is one day between Sunday through Wednesday.
Salary is AED 2200 + Incentives (which may vary between AED 300-1000 depending on the profile and upon achievement of store targets. If they ask what is the profile, then it depends whether its furniture sales /accessories). The company does not provide accommodation.
Should they ask about Overtime, let them know it is either compensated as a weekly off once the overtime hours get accumulated or they are paid as overtime.
