Requirements:
- experience in the core interior designing with an impressive portfolio.
- Candidate with UAE experience are preferred and must be available in UAE for interview.
- Ability to handle complete fit-out projects from initial concept design until project execution and completion at the site.
- Ability to create concepts and designs as an individual.
- Ability to build suitable Mood board and Material boards.
- Ability to meet client and accelerate client requirements into workable/creative ideas.
- Ability and experience in preparing project BOQ.
- experience in joinery finishes and production quality surveying.
- Experienced in 3D modeling and rendering (3Ds Max or Sketch up)
- High experience in AutoCAD drawings / detailed shop drawings and good understanding in other Civil and MEP works.
- Good understanding of Governmental Authorities Submission/Approval in UAE.
- Self-motivated and Multi-tasking individual who uses skills to accomplish goals.
- Years of experience: minimum 5-10 years experience.
