· Candidate with a minimum of 1 year of UAE experience, must have knowledge about the Painting/Interior fit-out industry.
· Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
· Preference will be given to the candidate who owns the vehicle.
· Must have good communication skills in English.
Duties and responsibilities
· Build and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, by conducting regular customer visits and meetings, and collaborating internally to meet customers’ needs and ensuring customer loyalty.
· Promote Decorative Painting by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.
· Sales Targets - To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure the accomplishment of sales operational plans.
· Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing, and negotiation skill.
· Customer Relationship - To develop a new customer base and sustain the existing business by periodic customer meeting, conducting various customer trials, and managing effective customer intimacy.
