Ensure assistant technician, handyman and shifts operational activities are performed according to planned schedules.
Hands on involvement in minor and major ETS/DCP maintenance service.
Hands on involvement in trouble shoot and rectification of minor and major breakdowns in ETS/DCP components.
Inspects, tests, adjusts, and repair electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and system.
Hands on involvement in PLC Panel Wiring or field cable pulling from instruments to the PLC.
Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations.
Tests accuracy of flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, radiation counters od detectors.
Assisting Senior Technician in hazard analysis. Other recording, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in system.
Remove defective instrument from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instrument, and replaced defective parts using hand tools, Lubricates Instruments.
Calibrates reading on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function. And replaces defective.
Records calibrations made, parts and components used and inventory of parts on hand.
Investigate and take preventive measure for all ETS and DCP control equipment to ensure no downtime.
Prepare daily activity reports on daily basis and submit to ETS Supervisor. Ensure routine operational and maintenance tasks are performed as per schedules and maintain records accordingly.
Adhere strictly to all the norms as laid down in the safety procedures. Ensure and encourage the employees to adhere to recommended quality, health, environment and safety standards and policies at all times.
Carry out the duty in shifts and strictly following shift schedules set up by the ETS Supervisor.
Conduct proper handing-over and coordination to the incoming shift with regards to the current situation of the plant, instructions, previous activities and incidences, and pending works.
Maintain cleanliness of the ETS and plant premise.
All the plant data are highly confidential and not to be shares with anyone without the consent of ETS and Network Engineer.
Ensure to submit reports of all activities including incidents and accidents which may have occurred during the past 24 hours.
Acts responsibly to protect district cooling equipment, property and take appropriate action during adverse weather conditions.
Undertake similar or related work as assigned by senior management.
