Job Details
* Uses internal systems to record purchase orders from customers.
* Coordinate outbound shipments with freight forwarding companies and customs broker.
* Update and maintain shipping schedules and provide notice of updates to customers.
* Generate invoices and maintain email correspondence with customers.
* Strong focus and meticulous attention to detail and quality using operating standards and written procedures.
* Strive to become an expert with products and the shipment process.
Job Requirements
* Graduate holder
* Good computer skills
* Two years experience in sales field
* Well versed in MS Office
