Purpose of the role:
The Runner is responsible for the back area, running food and clearing and resetting tables.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the back of house area, making sure it is always tidy and clean.
Responsible for polishing of plates, cutlery and glasses.
Responsible for running of food and drinks.
Responsible for clearing stations.
Resetting and clearance of tables.
Thorough understanding of preparing and serving specialty foods at patrons tables.
Hands-on experience in setting tables, setting place and placing decorations.
Excellent skills and knowledge in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.
In-depth product knowledge of different kinds of food and beverages.
Proven ability to communicate with kitchen staff, provide orders to customers and.
