Role: End User Support Specialist

Role Description: Primary responsibility is to manage Windows and MAC infrastructure systems. You will be responsible to provide a structured operation that effectively coordinates related activities; to provide technical support; to work under an ITSM tool and to work under ITIL concept.

Must Have Skills:
• Knowledge on Network Access control (NAC)
• Knowledge on Cisco ISE to support end users.
• Knowledge on Multi-Factor authentication (MFA), Citrix sharefile, Citrix Xenapp, Citrix VDI and Dropbox.
• experience with email client software and mail flows.
• experience with Symantec Antivirus and Cisco AMP (Advanced Malware protection)
• experience with client to site VPN (Cisco any connect VPN)
• Knowledge on Web proxies
• experience on sniffer tools like Wireshark / Ethereal.
• Knowledge in Share Point, MS Teams, Skype for Business and One Drive.
• Knowledge about VPP and DEP (MAC)

Certification: Microsoft Certified Professional; MAC Certified; ITIL; Cisco (CCNA) Certification.

Professional Attributes:
• 5 + Years proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer (Windows and MAC), Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Understanding and experience in troubleshooting and commissioning.
• Good knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Good user-handling skills.
• Customer-oriented and a Team player.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Desktop Support – Windows and MAC
• Prepare and deploy desktop/laptop images.
• Printer configuration
• Deployment and installation of the IT assets.
• Cabling support
• Application support – install and provide access to basic software.
• Interact with and address users on hardware and software related issues in a timely manner.
• Resolve desktop and network issues on all levels.
• Ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction.
• Perform remote troubleshooting, resolving and documenting solutions.
• Configure and support users for Office 365 (including SharePoint, Skype for Business and Onedrive).
• Support for Windows and Mac iOS operating systems.
• Ensuring upkeep of all desktop systems in line with any SLAs.
