Sales Executive Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a Business Development or Telsales Executive with proven sales track record in the Human Resources outsourcing Industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for Account Management, converting Leads into Sales, penetrating new segments, execution of marketing strategies and providing value addition solutions to customers.

Responsibilities
Produce and implement an account development plan for each managed account to achieve maximum revenue in both short and long term. Develop and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts by creating individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for new and managed accounts are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown Present products and services to new opportunities Lead Management, converting leads into sales Exceed established new business revenue targets Identifying the customer's need and to deploy customer engagement plan. Implementing sale plan to meet agreed targets Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all business opportunities Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report Monitor and report sales activity within the system Cross-function collaboration to ensure completion of sales cycle and customer satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned   Requirements Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business. Relevant 2-3 industry experience ideally gained from a competitor business. Confident and experienced negotiator able to drive revenue. Ambitious and motivated personality with a positive attitude Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle portfolio of diverse customers.

Salary: Excellent Package Basic + Commission based on experience Location Office: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
