Assists with clerical tasks to include filing, proofreading, Journal Entry, Manage Petty Cash, Credit note, debit note and data entry.

The job holder must ensure the inflow and outflows of the customer/clients/employees everyday. He/She should keep a track of the couriers/invoices but not limited to and maintain a registry for the attendance of the employees.

The Receptionist is accountable for appointments and scheduling them properly on the days and times specified, as well as reminding people of these appointments. The job holder also needs to be able to make recommendations and handle complaints and requests in a professional and calm manner.

The candidate must answer to all calls and make sure that the calls are transferred to the concerned person.He/She must keep immediate supervisor well-informed of activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.


Salary: 3 000 Dhs
