Newly opening Restaurant in Ajman Industrial Area need following employees. Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE's restaurant.
Kebab and Grill cook: Can make all types of kebabs and grills and can prepare hammus and soup. He have experience to make kebab on charcoal Bar Be Que or Tandoor and grill machine.
Hydrabadi Biryani Cook: Can cook mutton, chicken and fish biryani during lunch and dinner.
Hydrabadi or North Indian kebab and Tikka Maker: Can make all types of Indian Hydrabadi, Lucknow and Panjabi kebab, tikka on charcoal B.B.Q or Tandoori.
Paratha and Chappti maker: Can make all types of breads, chapati, rummali Roti, plain and stuffed paratha on hot plate and Tandoor.
Juice maker: Can make all types of juice and know how to make cocktails from different Juice.
Shawarama maker: can make all types of Shawarmas.
Waiter: Worked before as a waiter in small restaurant and can maintain high level of cleanliness and hygiene standard. Can serve with smile and politeness and can handle pressure during busy hours.
Bengali Sweet and Panjabi Samosa and Stuffed Paratha maker: Minimum 5 years’ experience worked as Sweet maker, samosa and Kachori Maker and stuffed paratha Maker.
Indian Vegetable and Non Veg Curry maker: One who worked as Indian Curry maker and can make all types of Indian curries.
Cleaner and dishwasher: Can work as restaurant cleaning and dish washing worker. Can maintain high standard of cleanliness in the restaurant. Know safety rules.
Final selection will be made by Interview and trade test. UAE experience candidate will be preferred.
Salary and other remuneration based on experience.
