Arabic Customer Service Vacancy in Dubai

We seek an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter for the position of Customer relations. Candidates will develop broad skills to support personal growth and organizational success. Key requirements:
• Multilingual - English and Arabic
• Video Game knowledge and interest is optimal
• Ability to communicate with customers ( emails and phone and Online chat)
• Translate video game profiles description into Arabic
• Follow up with customers for order, shipment etc
• Coordinate with Video Game suppliers
• Working knowledge MS excel
• Focus on improving customer satisfaction
• Work with management to adhere to or improve support processes
• Provide additional, valued added services to our customers
• Work with various team members to resolve issues reported
• Other duties and projects as assigned
