Project Supervisor Professional Kitchen Equipment Vacancy in Dubai

Job Summary:
Project Supervisor/Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Manager and coordinating/supervising the kitchen installer/technicians and also at times he is also doing the maintenance, service, trouble shooting, installation, testing and commissioning of all kitchen equipment’s to the correct working standards at all times
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinating and supervising the kitchen installer/technicians with their tasks and schedule.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment’s are properly installed.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect his colleagues from all the health and safety aspects as well as protect and conserve the environment.
• Project Supervisor /Coordinator serves existing accounts by analyzing work order; planning daily schedule, investigation complaints, conducting tests, resolving problems.
• Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation, performing acceptance tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by Project Manager.





Working Conditions:
Project Supervisor/Coordinator typically works 48 hours per week, Saturday to Thursday, although sometimes may involve weekend or evening work. Largely site-based, although at times the job may require travel to meetings held in the HQ office.
Job Specifications:
Qualification:
• Diploma or any Technical courses holder or any other related courses;

Experience:
• At least (3-5) years’ experience in relevant field;


Skills:
• Excellent technical skills;
• Excellent planning skills;
• Good communication and leadership skills;
• Knowledge of required computer applications;
