Sous Chef Vacancy in Dubai

* To Assist the executive chef in the daily operation to control cooking
production, preparation.
* Assist in monitoring and developing the performance of team members, supervision, assistance in assessments, training.
* Menu planning (Oriental and continental) and maintain the food quality and hygiene.
* Good in English (spoken and written)
* Minimum 2 years experience in 3 or4 stars hotels as Sous Chef.
