Responsibilities and Duties

This role is responsible for :

Mastering the Company's Solutions offering and pro-actively selling it to a specific clients in the MENA region by discovering and discussing detailed prospect’s needs and map these needs to our standard solutions.
Providing input (feedback from customers) to segments on product content and functionality.
Responsible for generating gross sales and new revenue, within existing relationships, by leveraging the Company's Solutions suite of products and services bringing "the Value of the whole Company" to our customers.
The Solution Sales Specialist will be responsible for :

Delivering profitable outright, consulting & subscription revenue for selected solutions, products & services.
Accountable for all stages of an opportunity from lead generation to closely aligning tightly with the overall account strategy owned by the account manager.
Expert in customer business workflow providing domain expertise relative to solution proposition.
Work together with the account team to ensure solutions provided enhance customer satisfaction.
Cross-channel function, building on expert knowledge to target client base, recognize client needs and propose solutions.
Develop senior level customer relationships to become a trusted business advisor
Qualifications and Skills

Position Requirements:

This challenging Sales role comes along with following requirements -

• Preferred Nationalities - Arabs, American & Europeans.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in the Solutions space preferably in CRM & IT solutioning for different industries across the MENA region.

• Strong entrepreneurial self-starter skills as well as a deep understanding of the Middle East market.

• Demonstrated experience and expertise in engaging with the customers at senior business decision making levels in order to craft high-value enterprise solutions.

• Understanding of the client's business model, workflows, strategic objectives, pain points, and be able to provide solutions and products that meet expectations.

• Understanding of market variations across geographies and the cultural issues that affect buying and consumer behavior.

• Highly skilled at demonstrating the unique value created by the Company's offering and making the business case as to how the Company's offering is uniquely differentiated.

• Highly adept at considering customer's larger business and strategic challenges in an enterprise-wide context and how they might be addressed through the Company's offering.

• University Degree in any related field.

• IT affinity.

• Willingness to travel in MENA.
