Job Description:

We are an established market leader in leather accessories production and sales - b2b, corporate customers as well as boutique retail. The corporate sales division handles approximately 400 orders annually from existing and new customers with an average growth of 20% year on year. We work with most of the Fortune 500 listed companies regionally and we are now looking to expand our market reach by recruiting Senior Field Sales Advisors.

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for handling a set of existing customers assigned; identifying, prospecting and generating business from new customers on a regular basis. The job requires high amount of research, cold calling, meetings, presentations, sample coordinations, and would need good amount of communication, both oral and writing. The position requires candidate with high persistence, follow-up with a disciplined approach, client-centric and driven towards success.

Job Experience:

A Minimum of 4 year’s experience in prime b2b/ direct/ institutional sales. Managerial experience of multiple key accounts in the previous role, as Sales Executive / similar position.


Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in sales or marketing related field from an accredited institution.

Salary and Perks - The base pay is AED6,000-8,000. In addition, a realistic commission earning of AED6,000+ per month, annual leave of 32 days, return airfare annually to home city, health insurance, etc.
