I began my hotel carrier as an apprentice in 1995, and then expanded my experience while working in local and overseas establishments. My work experience gathered in my carrier would enable me to quickly become a productive member of your organization. My strengths include being able to work well with a variety of personalities, to converse with anyone, and to enter easily into new situations with a creative and resourceful attitude.
I completed Management Diploma in Professional Cookery at Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management, which adds supplementary knowledge to mature in my career as a culinary professional.
