Sous Chef – India (1)

• Should be professional in Arabic, continental, international cuisine and more than 5-6 years of experience in 4 or 5 star hotels as Sous Chef.
• Should be creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation.
• Have to maintain the kitchen in well manner.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standard.
• Excellent record of kitchen management.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
