Executive Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

The Executive Assistant (EA) will carry out administrative work on behalf of the senior management team with personal assistant (PA) duties to the Company’s CEO and Senior Vice President. The EA will perform a full spectrum of administrative duties that include: acting as the first point of contact in dealing with official business correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, controlling access to the senior management, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, managing databases and filing systems, implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients, collating and filing expenses, organizing and booking travel, and other tasks commensurate with supporting the day-to-day activities of the firm’s senior management team.


•Must have a bachelors degree from an accredited institution
•Must have at least 3 years of professional work experience
•Prior experience as an personal assistant (PA) or executive assistant (EA) is preferred
•Must have discretion and trustworthiness
•Must have excellent organizational skills
•Must have strong decision making and problem solving skills
•Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
•Must be able to be proactive and take the initiative
•Must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic
•Must have high proficiency in both Mac (Apple) and Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs to include: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Excel
•Must be confident and able to engage senior levels of management in a multi-cultural environment
•Must have a valid passport and able to obtain work visa in the United Arab Emirates
•Must have a valid UAE Driver’s License; able to drive throughout the United Arab Emirates as required
•Must be able to travel globally and secure a visa to the United States, Singapore, and United Kingdom (UK) without delay
•Must have a highly professional and pleasant appearance; be physically and mentally fit and in excellent health
•Must be able to pass a background check
•Able to provide at least two character references
