• Provision of first line maintenance on the switching and Transmission.
• Monitor, analyze and clear all faults.
• Ensure that all faults are documented.
• Escalation of major failures with reference to the Escalation procedures.
• Perform defined preventative maintenance schedules and creation of new schedules including system and billing backups.
• Ensure all records for the Networks are updated at all times.
• Interface with external parties i.e. support Office/Vendors/Customers
• Handling and follow up trouble reports and problems with both the vendors and the Support Office
