Flight Dispatchers Required in Dubai

Job Title: Flight Dispatcher
Gender: Male or female
Qualification: High school with Dispatcher’s License
Industry: Aviation (services)
Experience: 2 years (preferable – but can be trained)
New position?: No
Vacant period: Three weeks
Decision maker: The Director of Operations
Date of Join: ASAP
Reporting to: The Manager of Operations
Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah Airport, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 4,000 during probation – rising up to 6,000 dependent on experience and subject to performance, post-probation
Benefits: Accommodation (In Ajman, near to offices - bachelors only); Company transport – both included with the basic salary
Interview Process: Structured general interview, followed immediately, if successful at structured interview by in-depth interview of skills and abilities and work experience, as documented in supplied CV.
Job Profile:
Purpose: Share equal and joint responsibility with pilot in command for the safety and operational control of an aircraft.

Responsibilities (main)
1. To prepare flight plans for scheduled and non-scheduled flights.
2. Check weather and NOTAM
3. Determine best routes and altitudes for flights
4. Obtain over flight and landing permits, PPR’s, slot coordination etc.
